Animal Care
Animal Care Volunteer
Ensure the comfort and care of ARF dogs and cats while they await adoption
Dog Training Assistant
Help dogs become well mannered and teach families to work with their
dogs.
Vet Clinic Assistant
Help keep ARF's veterinary clinic clean and assist with recovering animal care.
Animal Foster
Provide shelter for rescued animals while they await permanent new homes.
Adoptions
Cat or Dog Adoption Counselor
Work as a matchmaker between potential adopters and their new
family member.
Greeter/Tabler
Welcome and educate the community when they visit the facility and at
mobile adoption events.
People Connect
Humane Education Assistant
Educate community members on responsible care and treatment of animals.
Learning Center Docent
Lead school aged children through interactive experience of pet guardianship.
Teaching Loving Care Assistant
Work with resident cats in Animal Assisted Therapy Programs for at-risk teens.
ARF Support
ARF
Thrift Store Associate
Assist in ARF's resale thrift shop.
ARF Resource Center Counselor
Answer pet-related questions, give referrals and brainstorm solutions
in ARF's telephone center.
Office Volunteer
Assist ARF staff with assorted administrative assignments.
FoodShare transporter
Deliver pet food and supplies to families in need.
St. Bernard Club
Volunteers with a flexible schedule who can SAVE THE DAY with:
hurry up deliveries, flurries of special events
or other un-forecasted storms
