Pets for Seniors Discount Application

Congratulations on adopting a new pet and giving a second chance to a shelter dog or cat. Shelter pets make for a warm and wonderful family addition at every stage of life.

Requirements and instructions on applying for a reimbursement via ARF’s website:

1. Complete the application form below in its entirety and click “Submit”
2. You must be 60 years of age or older at the time of the adoption and adopt a spay/neutered dog or cat from a qualified animal shelter.
3. Limit one (1) $50 reimbursement per person, address, and/or household
4. The $50 refund offer through ARF’s Pets for Seniors is available on a first come/ first served basis. Once the funds provided by Purina’s promotion have been exhausted, no further reimbursement will be allocated. All applications are subject to verification of the information provided, and there can be no assurance the information provided by adopters will be verified before the Purina program funds have been depleted.
5. This program is intended for those adopters who have not yet received a refund/discount from an alternate Purina senior adoption program shelter. ARF asks that adopters who have already received alternate types of senior pet adoption discounts, not apply for additional funds in order for ARF to help as many seniors as possible who are also interested in adopting a shelter dog or cat.

Tony La Russa’s Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) is the owner and operator of ARF’s Pets for Seniors adoption program and is not responsible for lost, destroyed, misdirected, garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, late, delayed, undelivered, or unprocessed applications. This reimbursement/rebate is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. ARF reserves the right to deny any reimbursement requests if deemed to be fraudulent and to modify the reimbursement program for clarification purposes. All decisions of ARF related to this reimbursement program are final.
